Order Confirmation: Upon receiving an order, the Company will confirm the order details with the Customer via telephone or email. Orders are considered confirmed once the Company has verified all details and the Customer has agreed to the terms.
Payment Terms: Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of order placement. The Company accepts various payment methods, which will be communicated to the Customer during the order process.
Pricing: All prices are quoted in GBP (British Pounds) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include VAT, shipping, or handling fees, which will be added to the total order amount.
Availability: The availability of Goods is subject to stock levels at the time of order. The Company will inform the Customer of any items that are out of stock and provide alternatives where possible.
Shipping and Handling: The Company will arrange for the delivery of Goods to the Customer's specified address. Shipping and handling fees will be calculated based on the size and weight of the order and the delivery location.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned Goods have been received and inspected by the Company. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Warranties: The Company warrants that the Goods will be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose as described at the time of order. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
